How to add mirr.OS to the homescreen of your smartphone
Some people try out new modules from time to time, add streams or haven’t found the perfect mirror view yet. Then it is a bit tedious to always access your glancr via the IP address.
The following little trick can help. Add the URL http://glancr.local to your home screen. Then you can (almost) use it like an app. The following series of images are screenshots from iOS. It works very similar on Android. Google will help you.
Step 1: open glancr.local and tap on the small icon with the arrow pointing upwards.
Step 2: scroll a bit and select “Go to home screen”
Step 3: Enter name then add it.
